Total disappointment this year staying at this hot...

Total disappointment this year staying at this hotel for NCTCA. The check in was easy enough except another group of colleagues got 15$ coupons for food or drink and I received none. When I asked why I was told that I could get them if I upgraded my room. At that point I asked what about the NCTCA rate and was told they had multiple rates. I call BS. I'm not going to pay an extra 30$ a night to get one stupid 15$ coupon. Valet costs are ten dollars more a day and that's not even a guarantee your vehicle is in a warm parkade. 41 dollars a day should guarantee a warm place for the days we are staying.
Breakfast was a total joke. 25 bucks for scrambled eggs soaking in some weird liquid, limp bacon stuck in clumps, shrivelled and tough French toast. The alternative was the 18 dollar continental which was crappy bagel chunks and cold cereal with unripe fresh fruit. I will be looking elsewhere next year!
