From the moment I walked through the door, the staff at Pentagon MMA welcomed me with open arms and were very friendly and patient in explaining their programs. (They basically killed me with kindness) The Muay Thai and BJJ classes are the ones I tried out, and they were both amazing! World champion instructors, incredible cardio, and I learned real technical skills from day one. They really know how to motivate me. Highly recommend to anyone in the area! Most importantly they are extremely clean which ranks high on my list.
