Review of Browns Mazda

Browns- a seemingly nice and welcoming dealership,...

Browns- a seemingly nice and welcoming dealership, they were very helpful during my time of purchase obviously. They also assisted with getting the inspection done being as though I live in a different state. But after about two months of owning the car, and immediately after my very limited warranty expired, I started having problem after problem with the car. I traveled to the dealership times attempting to get assistance and/or assistance with what was wrong with the car. I was told that because they warranty was expired, there was nothing that could be done to the car. The car had engine noise coming from the outside and heating noises from the inside. They did a poor job with the diagnostic test, and only verified half of what was wrong with the car. To make matters worse, after the last trip I took, I got he car back my heat had completely stopped working(in the middle of winter). I wanted that same enthusiasm they had when I purchased the car, but it seemed like they only cared about the sale. I felt like I was sold a lemon and the car worked well enough to get through a solid month post purchasing. My recommendation is to do more research not only on the car you choose, but also the representatives that stand behind Browns Fairfax Mazda
