Despite making reservations and clearly stating (and even calling to make doubly sure) we would be an 11:30pm check-in, when we arrived, were told the hotel did not have the room we reserved. So VERY disappointing. We did stay in a different, smaller, with one less bed, room for the first night and then were moved to a different room the next nights of our stay, then additionally on check out, charge to credit card exceeded amount on receipt by about $80. Rooms were clean and very little noise heard in room. However, breakfast a little disappointing when told by front staff that was served until 10, but options being pulled at 9. I was glad not to have to go to a different hotel on night of check in as I had driven 7 solid hours after a days work to get there, but in all honesty, Hyatt will not be among my consideration for future stays.
