I don't even know where to start. I stayed at this hotel last year for a conference and stayed again this year. Last year we had issues with our mini fridge and sofa bed. After all our food freezing in the fridge we were comped breakfast at the hotel restaurant. This time our room had 'mechanical issues' and we were moved from a room with 2 double beds and a pull out sofa to a room with a king bed, a pull sofa bed and a cot and there were four of us, one being pregnant. The hotel seemed completely unconcerned and told us we have a room ready the next day and every time we called to ask if the room was ready they had a different excuse for why it was not. then we finally got a room at about 6: 40 p. M. And at the same time other people were giving it that same room. after some arguing we finally got them to accommodate us by keeping two of the party in one room and two in another room. But they told us that was only a temporary solution for that evening only. we had to involve the coordinator of our conference in order to get things sorted out, making us 30 minutes late for our evening conference sessions. Even after the ring situation was supposedly sorted out of our keys were deactivated from the room the next day and when we got up to have a shower in the morning be knob for the shower popped off in my hand. For such a large facility they seem unable to get their act together. Will not be staying here again.
