I come here all the time to service my car. Last night I made an appointment online for an oil change, get to the dealership this morning and they tell me there s no record of my appointment. I had a confirmation email and everything. I ended up being there for about an hour and a half, when it shouldn t have taken close to that long. After my car was done being serviced, I had originally asked them to look at something else that was wrong with my car; the girl at the desk said she would make sure they take a look at it before I go. She never even asked them to check and lied to me about it and just wasn t very helpful at all. I ve never had an issue coming here, but this was an absolutely miserable experience.
