Bad customer service. The person I was talking to ...

Bad customer service. The person I was talking to said that it was a 1 day service assignment. So I immediately sent that oven nmin for service. 3 days without update. I kept on texting them. They also did not reply. At least they would have acknowledged my message. Nothing. So I called them today. Well, not yet. I still haven't checked ... I hope I did something for others since it is no longer under warranty.
