**Worst possible HONEYMOON experience**

I paid $3,000.00 up front for 5 nights. Best room available. No communication whatsoever but upon arrival, found the entire facility on strike. No restaurants, no room service, not once were our rooms cleaned. Because I prepaid, was not able to change hotels which I wish we could have. All the beach rentals were closed as well. All day long from the beach, pool, and our room, all we heard were the 30+ protesters banging pots and pans and yelling through bullhorns.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Completely drained any and all romance from our honeymoon.

Planning on having my lawyer back in Houston getting my money back unless management contacts me directly. Will update my review once complete.
