Very disappointed with my recent service.

Very disappointed with my recent service.
I had all my services done by this dealer and was very happy with the work done.
But not this time. Had lots of issues and I feel cheated.
Although I really appreciate the courtesy car service which came dropped me home and picked me up as well.
