Everyone was very courteous and professional. The only reason I did not give five stars was because of the time I spent waiting to get the car. I had to wait for almost 45-60 minutes to get on my way. Not too bad but I believe this number can be further minimized with more efficient management of the employees. I noticed some employees running around and working hard whereas others were doing everything slowly.
The return process was extremely fast and convenient. Only the obtaining process was slow.
