The technician showed up; told me there was nothing he could do because my coil was frozen, charged me the diagnostic fee and said he would return the following morning. Up till mid- day the next he was a no- show, i called and left several messages for him but no reply, finally I called the office and was told that they could not return to my house until 3 day later. At that point I had no choice but to contact another company.
So i was charged a diagnostic fee by Coolray but my system was never diagnosed!
Update:
Recieved a call a couple weeks later from their office; but was at work so I didn't take the call. The voice message said that they would like to speak to me to resolve my issue. I called twice and left messages with a specific person and it is now a few weeks later and still no more communication from them.
