Spa was a mixed bag. Had one bad massage initially and a good massage the second time we went. However, I was very disappointed that the lady doing the booking didn't mention that the spa closes at 8PM when we had a 7PM couples massage that ended at 8PM. Yup, they shut off the heated jacuzzi, sauna and steam room so we couldn't use any of the facilities and was not forewarned of such at any point before we stepped into the pool even. Terrible customer service considering how much they charge.
