Takes forever to receive any order you place. Now, my husband lost the charger for his Yoga. I ordered one a week ago, received the box and there was a stylus instead of the charger. Called cust service (what a joke) and it took an entire day for them to tell me I was going to get a replacement charger. It still hasn't shipped -- will be another day or two. And won't be received for a week. I emailed and told them they better ship overnight and I need it now. No response. Really incredibly poor customer service. If you're thinking of Lenovo -- just don't. They used to be a good company but are exceptionally poor now.
