I got stuck at home because of the strike since where I live in 78 no means of transport possible, I have no car and no one to help me out, lessons were late at night ending at 22h. I sent emails to explain my case for the moment they have not responded, I wait. I got tired of phoning a different answer each time. They just said this week that they are not going to refund or recuperate lessons, so in my case I could only attend 4 lessons and this was taken care of with my CPF. I expect at least that they return my CPF to me, if they will not shift me in another trimester. The arguments that they come out how what they ensured the courses, I do nothing to do, for me where I live I have no public transport and I have nothing there, this is not my fault. I am waiting to recover my CPF which is my right to me for personal training, if you do not even do this this will be a real shame, and I will file a complaint.
