Hmm, wait let me try and digest what you just comment. What you are trying to say is that they are willing to help but they are not able to fix your problem am I right? Pretty sure they tried their best to help you out I don't get why you are so dissatisfy with their service(s). One question from me, did they asked for any sort of payment from you while not fixing your problem? I mean this thing never happened on me before, they linked me to the service center last time when they are not able to fix my unit. If you get a custom pc built by them then they can't fix it, I agree that's on them. For me, I got myself an Acer unit form them few years pass, didn't blame them as the lappy I got for myself before is from Acer and they are not the manufacturer of it, maybe I am the unlucky guy who got a slightly defect unit (that lappy went on a journey with me for 2 years) from Acer. Sadly even Acer aren't able to provide me a solution as my unit just exceeded the warranty period. Moral of the story, just get a custom built from them, hassle-free.
