I lived at 2 Square Apartments. The midtown location is very convenient. It's within walking distance to the University of Southern Mississippi and many local businesses. My apartment was nice: solid wood cabinets and vanities, tile floor, etc. However, the carpeting could have been replaced. The washer and dryer in the apartment was great. The property was well maintained. The 24 hour maintenance was a great perk especially when my air conditioner broke outside of business hours last summer. The average turnaround time for maintenance requests was within a few days. The maintenance and management staff were friendly, helpful and professional. They are strict about the parking pass. Overall, I had a positive experience with Southgate Realty, LLC. This was a nice apartment for a fair rental price.
