I had an amazing experience with Foundation Mortgage specifically with Matt McLean. When my husband and I found the house we wanted, we realized we had no idea how you purchase a house. We were also in a unique scenario where we had to act very fast because we were buying a previously foreclosed on house from an investor. Matt explained the process for me in great detail, emailed me notes, did extra research (because of the peculiarity of my case), and was incredibly helpful. I could not have bought my house without his guidance and he made what could have been a stressful situation into the exciting opportunity buying your first home should be. I cannot recommend Matt and Foundation Mortgage more highly!
