I can't say thanks enough to the crew over at Jack Powell Dodge.. My family and I broke down en route from San Diego to Southern Utah late on a Friday afternoon. We just happened to be a few miles from Jack Powell Dodge. I called the parts department and was able to get the parts I needed to fix the truck myself (I myself am a mechanic by trade and had brought tools with me). However, I ended up not having the necessary tools with me to get the job done. I had the truck towed in to Jack Powell on Saturday morning, without an appointment hoping they would be able to get it done for me so we could get back on the road. They were able to get me in and back on the road that same afternoon. Keep in mind that they were busy, one of the techs mentioned they had 20 appointments and only 5 techs on duty that day. You hear all sorts of horror stories about breaking down and getting taken advantage of, this was not the case at Jack Powell. Nathan took a look and gave me a very reasonable estimate, and worked my vehicle in to his busy schedule. I have to say thanks again to Nathan as he stuck to his estimate and did a great job on the repair. I highly recommend Jack Powell Dodge.
