I had a great time visiting Versailles. The garden is huge. Be sure to visit on a warm sunny day to get the best experience. I visited in May and many of the fountains were turned off still. The museum is pretty fun. The audio guide was worth it, it had a lot of information.
We could have spent 6 hours here just enjoying the venue.

The line was long. Be sure to get tickets. If you get priority tickets you can skip the ticket holder line. We didn't know there were two sides of the persons with tickets line which is separate from the line on the right for persons without tickets AFTER you get through the security line at the front gate.

The restaurant here had great food. A real time saver from leaving for a cheaper lunch and coming back in. Prices were a little high.
