The rooms and the whole area are great, but the staff is under all cannon except for a few exceptions. At the pool only until 12 o'clock service and then only sporadically someone over. I've never been so skilfully ignored. Plastic bottles and cups are simply no longer collected from noon and fly in the wind through the area. For me clearly not five stars.
