I went for an interview (through a staffing agency) even though the place had horrible reviews from past employees. Upon arrival I was put in a conference room for 15 minutes, which the wait was apologized for. But thing that got me was at the end of the interview I was was asked when I could start (normal question) & if I needed to clear anything with my husband first (not appropriate).
