Cornelius was informative, considerate, and helpful. He communicated problems and strategies clearly and was helpful in selecting options. Despite the challenges of the weather, he completed the work efficiently. Even though it wasn't needed this time, being aware of the weather, he offered options for job completion should they be needed. I feel very comfortable with Shavitz and with Cornelius and confident that our AC was serviced in the best way possible.
