Disgusted and downright disappointed. I just picked up my dog after boarding him here for 12 days. Before dropping him off, I went in for a tour of the place & everything appeared to be in order.

I am absolutely disgusted and outraged. It took them awhile to get my dog from the back for pick-up then I was told he had a little accident. After getting him in the car, it was obvious he had been sitting in his own feces FOR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG. The stench was horrible and he was still covered in feces. I know for a fact that my dog only gets diarrhea like that when his food is switched and/or he doesn t have enough water. I got him home, got him a bath, and he instantly had to go outside again because the diarrhea is so bad. Not to mention - he couldn t scarf down enough water.

As any pet owner would do, I left specific directions of feeding HIS OWN FOOD (I brought his own food because he has issues with all other foods as previously mentioned), but we were given his bag of food back that didn t appear to be even touched. I also assumed they were leaving water out for the dogs at all times. From reading previous reviews I ve come to believe they just leave a water dish in the kennel but that doesn t mean there s water in it. And others have had issues with bringing their dogs own food and have it not be given to the dog.

The breed of dog I have gets gunk build-up in his eyes after just a day so I asked that they would wash that out daily - I even provided washcloths (they were sent back folded and clean just as I sent them proving they didn t use them). Otherwise it gets uncomfortable for him, sometimes painful even. When we picked him up it was clear he hadn t had his face washed in the 12 days we left him there. He could barely see out of his eyes and the gunk was so built up it went into his eyebrows.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I have never seen my dog look at me with such sad, betrayed eyes before. And the worst part is I called several times throughout his time there asking for updates and how he s doing. Always heard he s such a great dog, we just love him.
