Beware and dont use. Alarm was going off and never received call. I called and was placed on hold. then I called back and was placed on hold again. Was a good 15 minutes before I was called back. I pay for a service and expect nothing more or less than that but this was an epic fail by them. Luckily it was not a real emergency. When I called to cancel my service they told me that the alarm wouldn't go off that long (20 min), I told them they are right, I must have just imagined it.

With my 2 homes, I have been a loyal customer for nearly 10 years, and always happy with the service, that is until I actually needed it. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

They just texted me threatening legal action. It is not a dishonest review as why would I make that up being a customer for that long. If my system was no good, why did you agree to take it on? That doesn't make sense to me if you pride yourself in customer service, as in yeah we'll take his money even though his system may not work right.
