EXCELLENT. Businesses rise to the level of the person running them and Paul Leone, General Manager, is a star. He's been in charge for a decade with the mandate of making the Breakers as good as it can be. He's done a great job. Last season there was a flash flood and County Road was washed out. We were part of a group of cars with water above our door...we have an SUV but we were able to get to the Breakers for shelter and without the car dying. By midnight, when it was obvious we'd never get home, management offered everyone an "emergency rate" of $90 for the night...........other managers would have used the opportunity to raise the rate but not the Breakers. THEY ARE A COMMUNITY ASSET every day and in every way.
