I just returned home from a visit with Dr. Dean L....

I just returned home from a visit with Dr. Dean L. Sorrento, D.P.M. After being checked in by a very nice and helpful person I was quickly taken back to an exam room for my 2:40 p.m. appointment. It was 2:35 and I was impressed that they got me back so quickly. Well, I waited alone in that room for 40 minutes before Dr. Sorento came in, briskly shook my hand, asked me what my problem was, basically ignored any questions I had, quickly took care of my issue and left. It seemed like I was bothering him by being there. I have many issues with my feet and I had hoped to ask and get some answers on those issues, but I was dismissed so quickly that I never got to ask any of them.

This was an extremely disappointing visit with a very impersonable doctor. I live in Easton and drove to Allentown because I was referred to OAA by my primary care physician. I can tell you that I will not be going to OAA for any further medical needs and I certainly won't be recommending them to anyone.
