Dr. Wertz and all of the nursing staff were exceptionally competent and helpful. They all did their utmost to help me relax and be comfortable until the injections were accomplished on both sides of my spine. Those were not painless, but I was given the option of not having Novacaine to numb the final area, and that was far less painful.
