Nathan Barga was the service tech and was AWESOME. He was extremely thorough and clearly very knowledgeable. He explained things to me in a way I can actually understand (probably not easy...ha). The best part...he was kind to my chihuahuas! They loved him....and so do I for making my furnace work!
