The room was modern and spacious as we had the junior suite. Reception team are very kind and helpful. The cleaners and room service is not good if you cannot speak Turkish, they were supposed to replace towels and bathrobes with new ones, they took all of the towels and water and coffee capsules and never returned/replaced, we notified the reception 3 times during our 9 days stay. Its devastating and worrying (we were forced to hide bathrobes and big towels so cleaners won t take them.
After all, this was the best hotel in Ankara with good prices.
