My dealings have been nothing but great with Carpenters. The whole experience has been seamless, from the beginning to the end of dealings with them. I have corresponded with the same person throughout the last 3 years, whom has been amazing. Mark Benson was attentive, sympathetic (where required) friendly and very helpful throughout.
