We purchased a hot tub in April, received and it broke down in June. Still have not got it fixed. They won't return emails, and I'm currently on hold now for over 20 minutes. This is ridiculous. I do not and will not refer this company to anyone. FIX MY HOT TUB OR SEND ME A BRAND NEW ONE. Geez ....
