I had a mixed experience with Alshafi. While their website, dnb.sbp.org.pk, was easy to navigate and provided the necessary information, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me. However, the overall service provided was satisfactory. I hope they improve their customer support in the future.
