Port Everglades is an amazing place and it's our preferred port for cruising from South Florida. It's an awesome experience to leave or arrive at Port Everglades and some of my favorite photos are from Port Everglades before or at sunrise from our balcony of our cruises. Port Everglades is easy to get to from major expressways and from Federal Hwy. It does get very busy so be sure to give yourself enough travel time and expect crowds at the mega cruise lines.
