The aircon was not working and the staff were not ...

The aircon was not working and the staff were not that helpful. We asked for a fan as the heat was unbearable making it really difficult to fall a sleep and they didn t have any. They said that they would send an engineer at 3am to fix this but he never came. The rooms are dated.
