Prior to visiting Terry Chapin, we went to Fred Anderson and felt pressured to finance through Nissan. When we declined and made counter offers for the Nissan Rogue we were looking at, they kept referring to financing with Nissan to lower the monthly dues. I had no desire to finance with Nissan. So we went to Terry Chapin and were met by Scott Alex who understood our concerns and desires. He was very helpful and enthusiastic for the sale. He introduced us to Terry Chapin, which was impressive to see that even the owner cared. Overall, it was a great experience with Terry Chapin. Thank you!
