Terrible professional etiquette received from Lind...

Terrible professional etiquette received from Linda at the front desk. I work for a pediatric office and called St. Mary's to obtain information to include in a handout to provide to families in need at our practice. Linda was extremely condescending in her replies. I asked for clarification on a response she provided, she proceeded to state that she already answered my question and that she was really busy and if that's all I needed. When asked if I could perhaps have management assist me with my questions she stated "you're gonna have to just call back tomorrow". I asked for at least a first and last name or title that I could direct myself to when I called the next day, she refused to provide last names and didn't clarify who I was to ask for. She only provided a first name until I inquired if they were management or staff. I asked for her last name and she said, "Uh, no!" She asked for my name, I provided my full name and the practice I was calling from. The entire interaction felt rushed, unprofessional and I got the sense of entitlement Linda with no genuine care to address my call the entire time. I was placed on hold twice, once without warning, I wasn't sure if she forgot I was still on the call. Linda refused to continue the conversation due to having "too many calls". She disconnected the call while I was still speaking. I have no words to explain this type of behavior from what I expected to be a professional community serving agency. I truly hope she was just having a bad day and this doesn't reflect St. Mary's as a whole.
