I made the mistake of filling out their online contact request. Now I get constant emails from them, even though I have opted out, for months now about buying a Ram, although I already bought a Ram elsewhere. And when I called in to ask if they could remove me, the sales guy said I had to tell them where I bought my Ram before they'd remove me. That's terrible customer service. I might not have bought from you this time, but I will absolutely never buy anything from you in the future. I buy a new vehicle every two years, and these twits screwed themselves out of any possible future sale.
