I m reading the reviews and the responses from the owner, and I m baffled. The owner constantly replies that they will work on this and address that, but everything is still the same. I just attempted to check in and the entire process was disheartening. As a diamond member, I must say, I ve never seen anything like this. Vicki at the front desk, was rude and uninviting (there s a better adjective to use here, but I m trying to be professional). Brian, the Bellman, was an absolute jerk. Pardon my expression when he stated it was $1 to store my bag and $1 at pickup. This has to be the biggest scam I ve seen in awhile. I ve been here for work for 5 weeks so far, have stayed at 4 other Hilton properties in the area, and no one has ever charged a storage fee. As a matter of fact, this was my first time ever being charged a storage fee at a hotel. I asked them to charge it to the room, and Brian responded cash only...sketchy. I looked around to determine if I was being recorded for a tv show or something. I can only imagine how things will go once I return to the hotel, pick up my water from the restaurant bar (another 1st), and arrive to my suite. Pray for me.
