As a reminder, the thalasso is a place of relaxation and well-being. At Serge Blanco, the equipment is of good quality and carefully maintained. On the other hand, the organization needs to be reviewed: customer reception, too much tense flow between treatments. The slightest delay causes the treatment to be postponed and the spa guest is asked to get out of the bath before the program stops. Everyone is under personal stress and a curist. The swimming pool is open to outdoor clients so during tight periods there are not enough changing rooms for clients providing treatment.
