Apparently at this store it's appropriate customer...

Apparently at this store it's appropriate customer service to expect customers to wait three hours for a QUOTE. Not repair. Just wanted an understanding of cost for repair. And when I asked incredulously if waiting 3 hours was the only way to get a quote the tech gave a ballpark "$700 maybe, definitely not more than that." Um, Ok, what if it's $400? Shame on you guys. Happy to wait my turn if my computer gets serviced but that is pretty poor customer service to expect someone to wait that long for a quote.
