I gave one extra star because I purchased the vehicle originally from this location. I'm obligated to come back because of the lifetime oil changes initially when I purchased the car. For starters everytime I come to the location to drop my car off I'm often glared at before I even pull up to the service center. Once I get a representative which is normally 10 minutes of me waiting around they normally friendly after they ask "has the car been here before?"as if they dont sell preowned vehicles of a different manufacturer. I digress, now to another issue with the service department. I went in for my routine oil change and noticed a small wobble from my wheels so I asked the clerk for the wheel balance service in which he couldn't find so he had to ask another rep to get the right price which resulted in another 5 minutes while my uber waited outside. So he gives me the ticket and takes my car and asks if I'm waiting or dropping it off. I drop the car off a little past 12 for the oil change and wheel balance as well as small detail. The rep says they'll call me when everything is done. I NEVER receive any call and I check that their service department closes at 6pm. I give a call and the guy on the phone has to check if its ready after hours and gives me a call back 5 minutes later and I uber back to pick it up. I check out and get my paperwork and everything seems fine until I drive and notice my vehicle is still in the same state that it was in (wobble wise). I look over at the notes in my paperwork and notice the mechanic left notes that he couldn't balance my rear right tire and that it has separation on the inside. Why was I not given a call?! They even left a note that they called me and I declined new tire(s) when I had to give them a call to even see if my car was ready the last hour of their day. Gave a call and left a voicemail with the manager and he never called back so I waited a few hours and called back and FINALLY got a hold of him. I suppose the voicemails aren't operating at the time. He gives me an explanation like it's my fault and that I should check my tires more often. Extremely unprofessional and I would recommend the lifetime oil changes but, buying the vehicle there isn't worth the hassle of bringing your car there if they're going to forge your authorization of repair and never call you when your car is ready. If you're thinking of getting a vehicle PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!
