I did eventually get my correct order. The positive: all items shipped quickly, at a good price and with the financing I wanted. The negative: my order was screwed up by the shipping department and I was sent the wrong item (no big deal there I understand that mistakes happen), my real issues started once I had to deal with their customer service department. Countless emails, phone calls and ten emailed photos later they agreed, they had made a mistake and would send me the item AFTER I returned the item THEY mistakenly sent. It took a full week to realize that a 3 and half foot soundbar couldn't fit in a foot and half subwoofer box which is what they had sent... Unfortunately, the item that was missing was the brain of the system and I couldn't even set up the other two boxes without it. After complaining at length they did finally agree to send the item when I checked in the wrong item with UPS for return, but by the time it was all done it took an extra two weeks to get the correct item, a ton of time wasted on the phone, email, two extra trips home from work to take photos to "prove" they had sent the wrong item and an extra trip to UPS to return the wrong item to them. At no point did I feel like anyone there believed me or gave a damn about expediting the shipment of my correct item. Just frustrating. I would consider ordering from them again, but I will pray they get my order right the first time and that I do not have to deal with their customer service department.
