I disagree, when I was there there was no room for advancement, once you have a job you have it for life. Salary structure is screwed up, it's based on negotiation skills, not performance. You have to renegotiate your salary every year. Doesn't matter how well you perform, if someone else is a better negotiator even if they do a lousy job they'll get paid more than you. Management expects you to work overtime without regard to family life, outside commitments etc. great if your single without a life, not so much if you are not a robot. Also, if you have to travel, you only get paid for 4 hours a day. Doesn't matter if you travel 8 hours, work 10 hours on that day, 4 hours pay plus $50 for expenses. That's why I quit
