I was telling a friend about how I was trying to refinance through my bank and how badly it was going. Not getting calls and emails returned and the whole thing had been dragging on for months. She suggested I try changing to Root Mortgage. I have been amazed at the difference. My emails are promptly answered and paperwork done quickly. I closed in a matter of weeks.
