If you are looking to book here.. DO NOT. No one speaks any English, everything is in Spanish. Our room which is in the garden is a mile down from the main pool and beach area. If you want to upgrade to the perfered club, you have to pay $40 dollars extra a night. You need to get a golf cart to drive there to the main area, which has taken as long as twenty minutes to arrive. Then you walk another half mile to get to the beach and pool. You get room service but you can t even order anything if you don t know any Spanish. It is literally the most frustrating thing because you would think the same 15 things on the menu are easy to understand... it s NOT. Food is terrible, only one good resturant which is the French one. Ask for a drink and your garentued to be forgotten about or possibly get it twenty minutes later. Save your money and spend it on some other resort. SO disappointed.

To the generic response from the manager , you pay money to resorts such as yours for people to know BASIC language to help your customers in a country where they don t know the language. Such as simple things on a menu. Sad you couldn t address any of the other horrible service we received. Only to make your self LOOK like you care. No one wanted to help me with the issue while I was there complaining yesterday. Just tried to sell me a stupid time share into the horrific resort. Sad.
