I am very confused. I called today to file a claim for food spoilage since I didn't have electricity for 4 days. My neighbor said there was a form to fill out. I called to get more info only to be told there is no such thing and that they don't even have a claims dpt. I informed the rep several times that my neighbor has paperwork with PWC on it and she continued to say that they were not covering food spoilage. I went on their website only to find the form and a phone number to their claims dpt. And there was absolutely no sympathy. I don't have hundreds of dollars to replace the food and pay my high electric bill which doesn't make sense when the only thing on during the day is the AC and refrigerator.
