This company must be laundering money because THEY SUCK AS A HEALTH INSURANCE PROVIDER!! Preferred Medical Plan, Inc. is the worst and they provide less than horrible customer service. Their employees hate their jobs and it shows in the lack of work ethic they exude. I have been trying for two days to get someone on the phone so I can CANCEL MY POLICY!!!! Even their on hold messaging system SUCKS and crackles!!!!! Preferred Medical Plan, Inc. and all who work for them; take pride in nothing, especially in taking care of their members. Any positive review found about Preferred Medical Plan, Inc. will have been written by people who work for them. No one of sound mind would consider giving them a positive review because they SUCK!!!! Don't do it!!
