I ENDED UP IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM from dealing with this company!

The most STRESSFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL experience and ordeal I have ever had!

I was harrassed and EXTREMELY highly stressed out (in an already stressful situation) from dealing with an unprofessional, pushy, drunk salesman who called, texted and literally blew up my personal cell phone outside business hours repeatedly from specifically 8 pm Wed, January 7th, 2015 -2:30 am in the morning Thursday January 8th, 2015. Due to the amount of extreme stress this caused me I experienced a physical condition similar to an allergic reaction that attacked in my throat and mouth with stress induced hives, swelling in my throat and anxiety attacks in which I could not physically, mentally or emotionally cope and my body literally began to shut down.

This salesman made me uncomfortable, scared, concerned for my safety, my childs safety and continued pushing for the sale of the car while cussing, belching, drinking, and asking very personal questions of my life, job, home, family, divorce, personal relationship status etc to the extent that it placed physically in MedPointe Urgent Care, Methodist Emergency Room and a visit with my regular physician all happening within a 36 hour time frame.

Furthermore, I was already pre approved and in fact fully approved for a minimal loan of merely $2500 loan to finance the vehicle, I had fully provided more than enough income, filled out their application process and had plenty of cash money down to place on the vehicle as well.

The sale should have been a done deal, a very easy purchase due to the fact that I liked the van I wanted to purchase. However, due to this man's behavior, conduct and unprofessionalism and the physical problems that began to arise I walked away from this dealership with a very "bad taste" in my mouth to say the very least.
