Cannon service!
Have had contact with them two times. First, to belong to their products, the durability, whether they could stick to Christmas. Got a quick reply that if I wrote the specific items for them then I would get the exact date. Wrote 6-8 products back to them and quickly got a concrete date for each one of them, cannon! Then I had accidentally ordered 2 marzipan with licorice, which should have been with caramel. When I wrote this to them they exchanged them before my order was sent so I received what I wanted. Have nothing but roses from here :)
