My step son is signed up for the Winter High Schoo...

My step son is signed up for the Winter High School Positional Camp. I am not impressed at all by the trainers or the way this facility is run. I signed him up because it says 350$ for 16 hrs of training. 8 sessions of 2 hrs end up being 22 per hour. Well what they don't tell you is 50 mins of it they are STANDING AROUND doing nothing. Whether they are doing batting cages in a line of 6 to 8 other kids. Or they are doing defense standing for their turn to throw the ball. So then this week we go and there is a softball tournament on both the baseball field and softball fields. My son plays in the infield but yet all the boys had to shag fly balls in outfield drills on the soccer field. Then when the baseball field came open they had West Jeff High school on the field. I would suggest if you want good baseball instruction you go elsewhere. This place is not worth it. 2 instructors for 20 boys is not what I call good investment. My friends son is in pitching camp this winter and said in 2 hrs his son pitched 12 pitches. He said most of his time was waiting in line to pitch then doing defense on bunts. Many of the parents are talking about how they seemed fooled into thinking they were getting more.

Maybe this place will hire MORE trainers in the future but the ones they have do not impress me. One trainer per ten kids is far below the level we were paying for. Also if you want actual individual instruction they have a rate that is 60 per HALF HOUR. That is double ANYONE in town.

I wanted to give this place ZERO stars but the least it would let me was 1 star.
